Your camel trekking in Merzouga begins in the afternoon. The adventure starts from your hotel near the sand dunes, where your camels await. The trek begins 1 to 2 hours before sunset, taking you deep into the desert and up the big dunes of Erg Chebbi.
This is the perfect opportunity to capture stunning photos of both sunset and sunrise over the Sahara. When night falls, you’ll enjoy a delicious dinner around a campfire and spend the night in traditional Berber tents, comfortably equipped for an authentic desert experience.

How to get to Merzouga by Bus :
- From Marrakech, there is a daily supratours bus at 8:00 morning to Merzouga straight, arrive around 21:00 pm.
- From Fes, daily supratours bus depart at 21:00 pm to Merzouga, arrive around 6:00 morning (this option give you a chance to do ohters activities like 4wd Excursion around Erg Chebbi, Quad bikking...)
How to meet us :
- If you are coming by a rental car, we will send you localisation GPS point via Whatsapp.
- If you are coming by bus, just let us come to the bus station in Hassilabied to meet you.
- Duration : 1 night
- Departure : 1 or 2 hours before sunset depend the season
